My excuse is that I've not ridden for about 6 years and since then have had a double by-pass plus two dislocated shoulders from downhill skiing accidents. Perhaps I should have gotten a tricycle! Anyway I can't wait for my Busettii to arrive all the way from sunny California to me here in foggy Nova Scotia (Canada). Once it has arrived, if anyone should be interested, I will report from time to time on my progress. My wife, Thelma, is in an electric-power wheelchair so we hope to have wild races through the streets of Halifax at dizzying speeds of anything up to 5 m.p.h..
You are most welcome here. Please share your successes and challenges.
I just visited Halifax - what a beautiful (and hilly) town. An electric assist would be really helpful.
Please join in whenever. We 65+'rs are very tolerant and appreciate anyone who figures out how to ride, no matter the situation.
