It's funny you mention this as a friend and I were brainstorming about such an idea but for our backyard of San Francisco. We have a huge cycling community as well (home to critical mass) and thought what better way then to accommodate cyclists and cater to them. But then it's just like anything food related; permits, equipment, investment, managing the store/cafe, etc. We all have grand ideas but it's the 1% that's willing to take the risk and consequential loss including time available.

Let us know how it goes, it could be promising.
