+1 - I love my Specialized BG Pro glove. They actually (supposedly, claims) studied how the nerve gets pinched, and puts padding around the nerve so you avoid pinching it, and having your hands fall asleep.
I have the ones that don't have velcro, with the nice Pittard leather palm, and a very breathable back.
