Absolutely! Most non-cycling motor vehicle operators are ignorant of a bicycle's legal road usage. Some know and don't like it.

Most caual cyclists are ignorant of a bicyclist's requirement to use the road legally. Some are knowledgeable and just don't do it.

Either way, education is always a good thing. If gaining that education saves you money after a traffic violation, even better.
