The frame fits pretty perfect. The 90mm is good when you're racing in the drops, but the 50mm works better with the risers. They're two totally different riding positions, but you guys have been riding bikes long enough to know that.
if anything risers feel better on a stem longer than you'd use with drops. risers give you shorter reach with the same stem, so i usually like a stem 20mm longer
