Hello everyone! I'm from Seattle but my girlfriend and I often go down to Olympia to see her family. I'm looking for suggestions for ~60 mile rides (preferably under 2500' of climbing, the lady doesn't enjoy that part yet), leaving from around the Olympia airport.

Also any route that ends at the The Eastside Club is fine by me
