Miyata Three Twelve. This is more of a "Before and During" than "Before and After". Gone is that terrible excuse for a saddle and that awful "fly" bar tape.

Before it got too dark tonight I took it for a quick test ride. I have to level the saddle, adjust the FD, and replace the tires with the Paselas that are already ordered. Not sure how, but the brakes on this thing are outstanding.
