crown race does look upside down, but it could be the design of the King Headset (I'm not familiar with it) and the apparent tilt might be due to the angle of the shot.
the scratch looks like a scratch, nothing more. but it might be more. this is better checked out in-person by someone knowledgeable. Pictures are tricky for something like this.
