I've been bumping up my activity level in a poorly-designed effort at training, first for last weekend's 5K, next for this weekend's TdC ride, and on into the summer for the team tri I've been drafted to do in August. That's been causing me to want to eat everything in sight. Hard to keep nature at bay, but I'll try.
