Here is my first try at a rebuild to suit my limited commuting needs. Started life as a worn 1988 Schwinn World and is now my heavy weight cruiser for my once / twice a week commute to work and back. Tried changing to 700C wheels, but for some reason could not get the spacing right on the axles, so I stuck with the 27's and just ordered skinnier tires!
