Actually with the way things are going (I think that some clubs offer regular customers a discount if they allow themselves to be "chipped") we might be headed that way. I mean if people are willing to allow themselves to be "chipped" for a "discount" at this or that club it's a small step to require people to allow themselves for the "convenience" of being able to have their medical records available on demand.
