Thanks to all who replied. You guys are the best. Too bad the "Stuff For Sale" forum is not searchable. The sprockets on the bike DO look rough, especially the two larger ones and the chain fell off twice and I hate it when that happens. I have found a 48 tooth and a 38-tooth BioPace sprocket on eBay (used) for $10 each plus $10 for shipping, and am waiting to get better pictures before I proceed. If I were not going to KEEP this bike, I might not bother, but it is a large Bianchi Super Grizzly so I think it is worth the effort to fix it up a bit with parts that match the originals. I can buy a new triple with cranks that are a perfect replacement for $215 (ebay) plus shipping, but that is not going to happen. It is such a cute little thing... and so very different from my red road bike.
