Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

The diameter is 1-3/8" or 1.375" to be accurate. Giving it as 1.370 just rounds down the numbers. They are the same.
