edit: emphasis added thanks to CdCf's post, but disagree with his phonetics on first two syllabels (sp?)

edit #2: 3rd syllable edited after gcasillo's feedback (whose surname lends him some authority on the subject...), but am sticking to the first two syllables until a real live native born guineau steps up and sets us all straight.. (note: being 1/2 italian allows the use of 'guineau'...)
