Monday was a day off the bike and today was a track session. 20 lap warmup followed by 2 motor pacing efforts - 1x10 lap 88 gear inches, 1x6 lap 94.5 gear inches and 1x2 lap 94.5 gear inches. After the first two efforts, I joined another group for another 30 lap warmup effort (I started early). I finished with a 10 lap motor paced in 82 gear inches to spin out my legs. Cool morning, partly cloudy and a fantastic workout 111 laps of the 335 meter track.
