Bikes: too many

i use metric allens and metric sockets the most, along with necessities like good tire levers (i like pedros) and a good floor pump (i use a silca) (i'd also like a shimano track tool, which has a lockring spanner and a chainwhip in one, but it's expensive and i have yet to buy it). i would also suggest good cable cutters, needle nose pliers, a rubber mallet, nipple keys, chain breaker, and an adjustable wrench. more specialty tools would include a crank puller (for appropriate square taper or octalink bbs), pin spanner (for my sugino 75 bb cups), cone wrenches, cable puller tool, and hacksaw blade guide. last would be expensive tools that you'll probably only use a couple times, like a headset cup remover, headset press, crown race puller, crown race setter.

(nearly all of these tools I borrow while I work at the local shop, i really just have the allens, sockets, tire levers, pump, and spoke key at my house)

I'm sure i'm missing other useful tools you'll likely find in a bike shop. mostly seems like bb tools for specific bottom brackets.
