Good ride home last night. Not as crowded on the MVT as it had been on Monday, which was nice.

Speedy commute in today. Took my new alternate route over to the MVT (Slaters Ln). Only second time going that way. Traffic was backed up from the GW Pkwy pretty far, but I was happily able to carefully split the lane and filter through about 750 feet of jammed traffic. Ah... gotta love that feeling! Made great time the rest of the way in, averaging about 16 mph and making at least as good of time as the motor traffic on the Parkway.

Temp was already up around 80 for the AM commute, and the high today's supposed to be around 100. Good times... :-\
