My new bike has a... delicate paint job.
So I read about helicopter tape at BF and ordered a roll.

You know how it is, as soon as the stuff is in my hands, I try to come
up with ways to use it. I am quite concerned about the toughness of CF, and never got one for that reason...
esp. since I tend to lean bikes against boulders, and jam them up against each other
on the car rack. I don't pamper my bikes.

But I was thinking... what if you wrapped the usual contact spots in helicopter tape?
