Many of you were following my saga a few weeks ago regarding this dang spoke that kept coming lose on my bike that is less then a 6 weeks old. It's been to the shop twice already for the same issue. The shop both times said they fixed the spoke and trued the wheel. For a third time the nipple has unscrewed itself. Tell me if my plan is unreasonable.

I do not want them to just replace the spoke and give me back the same wheel. Something is obviously defective.

Option one is for the shop to give me a new rear wheel.

Option two is for the shop to take back both wheels, give me some store credit and give me a deal on a new set. I have been looking at Eastons, and if they give me a nice deal and some store credit I would be happy.

Is it unreasonable to demand a whole new wheel at a minimum or should I let them just replace the spoke?
