The rims and hubs are almost certainly fine. You don't need a whole new wheel.

However, like I said your last thread, the wheel needs to be rebuilt. Once a wheel starts breaking multiple spokes, the remaining spokes are already damaged and will need to be replaced.

So, just tell them to rebuild the wheel. If the guy behind the counter balks, talk to the shop owner.
