1.5 hour endurance ride with pyramids. I rode the Bart today to a meeting in SF and had to walk up a long flight of stairs. My legs felt like crap. I figured tonight's workout would be awful. It started out hard and my legs were dead after the motor pacing yesterday. After about 30 minutes they were okay and I did the workout. The weather was sunny, 60 degrees and very windy. The crosswinds were vicious and blew me around.
