Something wrong - either with the shop or the wheel.

Or both.

You can make a stink over it, get them to fix it, and when you have problems in the future you'll have to return there. Or you can just bite the bullet, realize you never should have given them your money, stop giving them more, and get a nice wheelset.

If you're serious about this sport, you'll eventually want better wheels anyway.
