Went to LBS had a sub-par experience. Am I over reacting?

Went to the LBS this past few days and my experience was all but superb. I really wanted to see if my reasoning is a bit overboard and unjustified by other mechanics.

Brought my bike in for a tire change a few days ago to save time and possibly grow a relationship with the LBS in the area I just moved to. Was told it wouldn't be done until that evening. Kinda suck, but they might have been busy despite the chatter in the back. Told them I wouldn't be back until today to pick it up because I was going out of town, unless they wanted to change it while I was there. They didn't.

Got a call yesterday asking if I was going to pick my bike up or not. Explained that I was out of town as specified. Person on the other end didn't seem too thrilled my bike was going to be taking up space in their shop. Basically responded with 'oh, so you can't get it?' No...

Came to get my bike and my rear tire wasn't filled all the way. It was pretty close, but low enough to where I would have had to fill it myself pretty soon. Also the black endcap was missing and the front cap was punched through. Said it wasn't full all the way and asked if they had a pump handy. Mechanic brings out a pump and walks away to talk to another customer.

The bike shop was tiny, and there was nowhere to rest my bike, so here I am standing in the middle of their shop trying to pump my front / back tires up while this customer is trying to buy a new pump right next to me at the register. Awkward... I rush the job and as I'm pulling the pump tip off the tip of the valve on my front tire breaks off. A little perturbed concerning I have pumped my own tires 1000x and my valve was never an issue. Asked the mechanic and he got his boss / father to come out and look. He explained that the valves are pretty weak and can snap easily.

So I bite the bullet and say 'well would you mind just changing the front tire real quick, I'm kind of in a pickle now.' He seemed hesitant and ended up calling for his son to come change the tire. So 2 tires, and 2 tire change fees later, I asked for some endcaps concerning 1 was missing, and the other was busted when I picked it up. Was told sure, but they aren't needed and are just for looks anyways.

Shortly after putting on the caps, the front tire they just put on, the washer wasn't tightened at all, and the back tire's washer was completely missing. Asked why it wasn't replaced or put on and he looked around, saw the one from my front tire he took off and tossed on the ground, and used that to put on the back tire.

Now I'm not raging by any means, I just feel that this was very lack-luster for service concerning that I basically paid almost $40 to have 2 tires changed which took a total of about 5 minutes for each one, at a really slow pace. For something that runs over $150/h if calculated out, I feel that this was pretty bad. Am I going a bit too far in the complaint department or was this handled poorly?
