If I am not happy with the service, I don't go bacK. There are 5 or 6 decent bike shops within 15 miles from the house. If I get crummy service I would never buy a bike from them, I would expect crummy service after the sale.
I will buy things from any of the shops, but I am my own mechanic. The few services that I need a shop to do, I only go to a shop that I am satified with.
