an inexpensive way to get into it... find a Schwinn Mirada hybrid bike from some years back. They made that model with 650B wheels for a year or two. The rest of the bike was marginal, but if you can find one (I got one free) you have a useable set of Alesa 650B rims 130MM wide. Slap them on, figure out your braking, and roll on down the road. Some V-O porteur bars and a Nitto Technomics stem, some PB fenders and you would stylin'
