I have one, have used it, but not lately, although I might start again.

Now that I have a nice bike, I really like the idea of taking all of the water I need so I don't have to leave my bike outside of a convenience store while I refill. I could carry a lock, but that extra weight might as well be water so I just don't have to stop in the first place.
