Got dropped on worlds last night. I attacked, got a separation but took one guy with me, he was hurting me, when the group finally caught us I was spit out.

Lessons to be learned:

1. running slow heavy wheels with slow rolling tires on worlds while everyone else is bringing out bling wheels makes for a tougher ride for you (but it'll make me stronger)

2. I need to eat more carbs on worlds days.

3. I should have rested more on Wednesday rather than getting caught up in a penis measuring contest.
