Did one my coach's basic "push" sub-threshold threshold workouts. 5x5x5. LT steady state power for the "on" intervals, endurance zone for recovery. For me, that worked out to 320W on and 210W off. He's got me wearing my HRM too, and it is somewhat interesting watching average HR climb for each successive interval even though power is the same.
