Not many good bike shops here I am afraid. GNO Cyclery is pretty good and the owner is a nice guy. Another one that is ok is Adam's Cycleworld or something like that but I quit using them do to the very small selection of items in the store. Riding here is ok there is a good path along the river for training during the week and if you are willing to take an hour drive there are some nice rides across the lake. When riding on the road be very careful people here just do not look for bikes.
