a 42cm steel frame has been for sale around here, it's an italian styled bottom bracket. The frame was originally a Gitane he claims, but it's been repainted. I'm wondering if it's worth the trouble. This wouldn't be for a resale but rather for a girl friend who we've had a very hard time finding a small bike that she's comfortable on. The 45cm I had was too high of a standover for her, so I'm hoping this would do it.
