Hi - what a great thread. My daughter brought home this Nishiki 10-speed from college and wants to restore it over the summer. Being a car restorer I like to know what I'm dealing with. The serial number doesn't match the format, but much of it is obviously original Nishiski. Any help on what I've got here would be greatly appreciated. In particular I'd like to know -

year and model?
Brakes - Front Schwinn (replaced I'm guessing and rear Weinmann (original?)
Anyone reproducing decals for "Japan" and "High Tensile Toshiba Tubing"?
Any original parts available? (the chrome is gone on the lower shifter cable holder)
Is the trim paint at the tube joints original?
Any pictures of original bike or literature?
