Teste pain

I just got new bibs and a new saddle, so it's probably a fit issue. I also saw a doctor about a lump on one of my tubes, and he said it was basically a cyst. So, it's a fit advice thread! Because there aren't enough already.

My saddle is a Specialized Alias, and my bibs are Louis Garneaul comp bib shorts. It's mostly my left ball, and it's not very painful, maybe a 1 on the infamous pain scale. If I poke it to see what's up with it, while on the saddle, sometimes it shoots up to 3, and drops down a second later. When I get off the bike, they feel uncomfortable, like someone is pinching them I guess, gently, but not in a fun way. After I take my bibs off, the pain goes away completely in a minute or so, and doesn't come back.

My bibs seem a little loose down there if anything, thought they tighten up when I stand. Tilting my saddle up a bit seemed to make it a bit better than tilting down, which mostly just hurt my hands. Any ideas? The saddle is about as far back as it can go without messing my knees up.
