that makes me wonder... were any tests/samples taken from the motorist immediately after the crash? or does that mean they'll be doing a toxicology assessment on the dead cyclist... and if she smoked a joint within a month (or more?) prior to the accident they'll say she was on drugs, and write it off as her fault...?
