Any reason you don't want to change the rear cog instead?

You can get a nice cog for <$20 and if you have a fixed/fixed hub it gives you a lot of flexibility because you can change your gearing in the fly (in case you hit a hill you can't climb, etc). Also, IMO it's a lot easier to change out a cog that it is to change out a chainring, especially the stock ones on Kilo's. (I had the park tool Chainring Nut Wrench and it didn't help, so I had to actually bring my bike to my LBS to get it tightened down correctly).

But if you are set on getting a chainring, any 130BCD chainring should fit. It doesn't even necessarily have to be 3/32, it can be 1/8 as long as you run an 1/8 chain with it.
