Hello all, I am a new member to the forums and generally to riding.

I am looking to build a fixie, now I can of course purchase a frame if needed but my uncle has a frame he offered me, a Leader LD-720TT. Now here is a picture of it:



Is this frame at all possible to work with or turn into a fixie?
