So what you`ll probably propose is that following another cyclist at a distance of one or two meters at 40 km/hr isn`t a problem and that where I`m going to disagree with you. That distance is so far inside any safety zone that I`d rather measure that distance in inches instead of feet. Or cm instead of meters if you prefer.
