Yes ... someone is using Google translator or some other similar translator. This person is typing in how they would say it in their own language, and then copying and pasting the translation without double checking that it is correct.

Those translation programs can be good, but they are rarely really accurate. I've tried them with English into French, and I know enough French to have a bit of a chuckle when I read the translation, and it can take quite a bit of adjustment to the English to get the French translation sort of correct.
