Wow, sweetseat, it seems like you are an entirely different person all of a sudden. Glad you explained yourself, your original posts left much to the imagination, which is why everyone (myself included) left the comments they did!

Actually, the reason the most comfortable saddles for most people are cradled leather rather than the gel or other cushy saddles is that, for starters, leather is a material with similar properties to the skin it's supposed to support. It's cradled, so once broken in it has a bit of give for muscle movement and some vibration absorbtion.

The gel or other "cushy" saddles can be a bother for most people is that, espescially for us "supersized" Americans, your weight will eventially overcome any cusion allowed and you will basically have your seat bones basically on the hard plastic beneath it, and this does not move with you and directs any vibration or bumps directly to the bones.
