Black on white signs are regulatory, so by law you have to obey them. We also have a mandatory bike lane law, while it has exceptions for leaving the bike lane, to go straight is not one of them. IMHO if you get a ticket or into an accident going straight at that intersection you'll have one nasty hairball of a argument to present
