What is wrong with the hub? How's it acting up? Could just need a flush. Have to see the saddle but generally a little cracking around the rivets is no big deal. Is it sagging or out of shape? The front wheel should have one side locked and the other side free and the wheel has to be installed in the proper orientation which I believe is the loose cone goes to the left but you better check on that.
