Guys, Thanks so much for the info. Born on date of August 1, 1979, Le Tour IV. I can barely make out the where the top tube decal was. Looks like it's all original except for the saddle. Nothing stuck so far. I think for starters I'll clean it and install new tires, tubes, and cables, then take her for a spin. Not real crazy about the blue, but it appears original, so I may keep it. Also, it's a bit big and I like sportier rides so I may just flip it. However for leisurely rides it may be really sweet. I have no idea of value, but I got it for a song.
