Pope Street east to Silverado Trail then south to Deer Park Rd/Howell Mt rd, climb to Angwin, east on Howell Mt rd (There are a couple of tight off camber corners on the decent,) Rt on Pope-Chiles rd, Left on Pope-Chiles cross road, Rt on Hwy-128 to Lake Hennesey and Silverado Trail Rd. You can also go over Oakville Grade to the Sonoma Valley or Spring Mt rd into Santa Rosa.

I think Oakville grade is kind of mandatory. It's better later in the summer when the biting flies help you keep your speed up.
