Sauze - nice score on the Kuwahara, my Peugeot Alpin has the same tubing decal (I assume they were both build by Procycle,) but yours clearly has better attention to detail. I wonder if that's the same headset that I have on the Alpin - unmarked, but O-ring seals on the top and bottom, as well as on the locknut.
