Between $40 and $75 depending on the model and whether they're new or used. But, other than new cables and housing, that's all you'll need. I ride on the tops, on the hoods and in the drops. You just slide your hand to shifter when you're ready to shift (which isn't really all that often if you think about it). It becomes second nature within a few rides.
