East Bank Cyclery is the old Schwinn place, but a pain to get to if you live in the city. Also Bayou Cycles is not bad. And I have to repeat do not try to take your lane and such in this city. Other than that it is not to bad but you do have to lookout where you go and avoid some areas for your own personal safety. I had a friend get knocked off his bike with a brick.
