They are built to look like a lat 80s/ early 90s persuit frame, but ride like the standard road fixed bike. Its done by elongating the seat tube, but not changing any of the demensions of the frame. It's not just that, I think. Based on the charts, the angles are pretty steep, and the chainstays are pretty short. Perhaps not a fixed road frame, but definitely made to be a twitchy and track.
