Well, Eskimos eat almost entirely fish and they don't have cholesterol or heart problems. But for the most part I agree with you. I think a person would be generally healthier if they eat 75-90% vegetables and fruit, etc. But, for most people eating some meat isn't necessarily unhealthy. More obesity is caused by eating potato's and white bread than eating turkey.
+1. There's also a big difference between eating at Outback or KFC everyday or eating broiled turkey breast or wild salmon everyday.
Its possible to be healthy on a 100% animal diet, but you would need to eat the whole animal (kidneys, liver, thyroid, etc), not just fat and skeletal muscle.
