I would agree with the above. You did not advise where you are located, a geographical region may yield a reputable shop if you are not near CdM. I have a strong feeling the wheels are not original. Nevertheless, there are enough key parts that are there and the overall expression of the frame being quite good, it should bring some handsome offers. If it is stateside, that helps the value as the freight from Europe is not a factor for a domestic buyer. It might even be a size that would get me interested in bidding on it, if it came on the open market.
