There is a whole bunch of threads on BF regarding this saddle. Selle An-Atomica Journal was one of the most helpful ones for me.

I just got my saddle the other day via UPS and spent the day adjusting it and riding. I have a 50-mile group ride tomorrow which will be the acid test.

Update: the saddle seems to work as advertised. I recently changed my bars and had been experiencing back pain right around 40 miles into my weekly 50-mile ride. With this saddle, I had no back pain.
