I've always thought the Idaho law to be pretty reasonable, given the mechanics of bicycles. However, I think that, overall, cyclists should follow the same traffic laws as everyone else. Chaos doesn't really make anyone any safer, and I'd rather not give any encouragement at all to those who already perceive cyclists as irresponsible morons.
